I was watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic with my daughter when I thought, this reminds me so much of my mom tribe! And with that, I got inspired to write our own version.

Road To Equestria

It was late in the afternoon

Seven couples gathered in a room

Nervous yet excited for babies coming soon

A birthing class that eventually became a platoon

Strangers indeed, here and there, faraway lands, from North to South

Uncovering of personalities and experiences all throughout

These are great people, treasures to keep without a doubt

The journey has begun, road to Equestria is around about

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 wake up, wake up, wake up, every second counts

Crying babies, milking mommas and cows but how much more ounce?

Day and night, fears and troubles, these mommas are ready to bounce

From a simple hi – hello, the friendship is now more pronounced

Meet the Mommas behind the scenes, you will be surprised just wait and see

All kinds you will find, working, stay-at-home, entrepreneur, business she... This is We

The road to Equestria is around about. We thank the Above for thee

This is Me… This is She… This is We… Come celebrate ‘momship’ with glee

Mommy KK a Rarity, she breathes fashion, arts and colors in and out

A creative and industrious momma, she makes us proud

Very particular with details and hands-on in everything she does

OC as she can be, KK has a very big heart, ready to lend you a hand

Mommy Reg you bring friends together

The Twilight Sparkle like no other

The busy bee working mom that believes in the magic of learning

Her smile and words will make you feel stunning

Oh here comes the Pinkie Pie, Mommy Kitkat

She has a punchline in every mommy rant

You just feel at home when she is around

Creative, corporate, determined and sound

Fluttershy, Mommy Diane and finding the inner core

Honest and tender, being one with nature, are you ready to soar

She is practical and will find something useful for you

Thank you thank you for being kind so true

Mommy Jane you work so hard like AppleJack

Your words are caring and music to our sack

Helping others without anything in return

Being honest, simple and persistent are things we learn

Our chill Rainbow Dash, Mommy Doy

She is smart, adventurous, talented oh boy!

Be careful, she will dash to her dreams

You can count on her on various streams

Lastly, Mommy Nadz the Princess Celestia of the tribe

Who brings harmony and spirit, goodness she vibes

A risk-taker, she will take you on a roller-coaster ride

Beauty inside out let us all just abide
