It's been a year since we first launched the MOMspired Tribe online community and support group and we want to celebrate YOU, dear Mama! For just ONE HOUR, let's focus on CARE and CELEBRATION of our bodies and minds. Join Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Mommy Kat, as we celebrate our bodies and take care of our physical and mental health & wellbeing through movement and meditation.



THIS IS AN INCLUSIVE EVENT

  • Open to beginners or those with no prior experience or exposure to Yoga.

  • Flexibility is not required.

  • We encourage you to listen to your own beautiful bodies during the class.

  • Through yoga and meditation with Teacher Mommy Kat, you'll be able to move, flow and re-center. She'll help you improve body and mind awareness and feel your best at the end of the class with her holistic approach to fitness.
